Next meeting

Our annual walking treasure hunt takes place this year courtesy of Lucy and Laura, and will feature a destination not too far away – Chipping Hill in Witham, finishing at The White Horse in Chipping Hill.  We should be guaranteed a good meal there, as landlord and staff transferred there from The Wheatsheaf in HP, where we ended last year’s treasure hunt. If you’re planning to eat, we need your menu choices by 10 June, if at all possible. As for June, please note that as this is an external event, payment is non-refundable unless a substitute can be found.

You do in fact have four choices: a) Come for the hunt and the meal b) Come just for the hunt, no meal c) Come for the meal, no hunt or d) Don’t come at all, though you’d be missing a treat! The meal will be £18.95 for 2 courses, and guests are very welcome. There is no charge just for the treasure hunt of course. Details of meeting point will follow in July’s Vine Cuttings.
